Zusammenfassung
Anaphylaxie eine akute systemische Reaktion mit Symptomen einer allergischen Sofortreaktion, die den ganzen Körper erfassen kann und potenziell lebensbedrohlich ist. Damit gehört die Anaphylaxie zu den schwersten Ereignissen in der Allergologie. Von 1–3 Todesfällen bedingt durch Anaphylaxie pro 1 Mio. Einwohner/Jahr ist auszugehen. Die Symptome einer anaphylaktischer Reaktionen werden durch die Freisetzung verschiedener Mediatoren vermittelt. Überwiegend werden Mastzellen durch eine immunologische IgE-vermittelte Reaktion aktiviert. Die häufigsten Anaphylaxieauslöser sind Arzneimittel, Insektengifte und Nahrungsmittel. Die Symptome einer Anaphylaxie können sich einzeln, in Kombination, simultan oder sukzessive an Haut, Magen-Darm-Trakt, Atemwegen und Herz-Kreislauf-System manifestieren. In der Notfalltherapie der Anaphylaxie haben sich Adrenalin, Antihistaminika und Glukokortikoide bewährt.
