Zusammenfassung

Bei der Mastozytose handelt es sich um „eine heterogene Erkrankung, die durch eine Akkumulation von Mastzellen in einem oder mehreren Organen charakterisiert ist“ (Valent et al. 2007). In der Klassifikation der Weltgesundheitsorganisation (WHO) wird die auf das Hautorgan beschränkte, kutane Mastozytose von vier systemischen und zwei lokalisierten, extrakutanen Verlaufsformen abgegrenzt.
