Der Satz sagt sich leicht und das Thema wäre schnell abzuhandeln, wenn folgendes Bild die Realität zumindest approximativ zutreffend beschreiben könnte: Die einzelnen Arbeitsmärkte (beispielsweise für bestimmte Qualifikationen oder Regionen) sind durch vollständige Information und volle Flexibilität von Löhnen und Preisen gekennzeichnet.
