Abstract
There are some corrections to the text on the following pages:
1. In page 371, instead of LMP, it should be AS:
When MH moves out of the service area of the current AS, L2 and/or L3 handover should be executed initially.
2. In page 373, instead of MMH, it should be MH.
Inter-Subnet Handover - When a MH moves from one subnet to another, within the same GW, an IP handover takes place. This is known as L3 Handover. IPv6 protocol stack in MH is notified by a local event that triggers IP handover.
3. In page 376 and 377, the unit of velocity is ‘m/s’ instead of ‘ms’.
Velocity of the mobile node is varied from 2 m/s to 40 m/s and the packet loss rate is observed during L2 and L3 handover.
