Abstract
In the fifties and sixties of the last century, a remark made the rounds in the American business world: “If you are in business, you are wrong”. The quip indicated a general discontent at the time with U.S. economic policy and law, in particular, antitrust, not so much as to the letter of the law but all the more how it was administered.
