Abstract
This paper describes the Matlab simulation for harmonic reduction in three phase bridge rectifier using third harmonic current injection method. The third harmonic current injection is a method, to reduce the input current harmonic content of three-phase rectifier .Rectifier circuit without current injection is compared with that of current injection and power recovery, which proves that considerable reduction in harmonics takes place with current injection method.
