Abstract
The works referenced are mainly those that were conducted with identified plant species and mature organs (seed, kernel, fruit, tubercle, aril). Other works carried out on plant oils supplied by firms are also listed. However, to reflect a lack of certainty about the plant used and its transformation, the work done on oils from companies are specified in a section “origins of samples”. With few exceptions, the analysis (oil contents, unsaponifiable matter contents etc.) were performed on dried organs.
