Abstract
Investment of transnational corporations in China has experienced the transformation from principally cooperation and joint venture to principally sole investment and holding. These are all problems worth paying attention to: what influences wholly foreign-owned enterprises tendency will bring to Chinese economic; whether it will control Chinese economic or threaten industry safety; what sole influence will proprietorship make to Chinese economic development and how to deal with it.
