Zusammenfassung

Übergewicht ist einer der am weitesten verbreiteten Risikofaktoren der koronaren Herzkrankheit. In der Herz-CT übergewichtiger Patienten resultiert eine erhöhte Photonen-Absorption in einem niedrigen Signal-zu-Rausch-Verhältnis, welche die Bildqualität der Koronarien verschlechtert.
