Abstract
In this chapter we present findings about project management for the implementation of SAP Process Control, as well as examples from practice of how SAP customers have automated their own ICS and compliance management processes.
Theory without practice is of little benefit. Therefore, this chapter summarizes practical experiences from real projects.
