Abstract

Jeju water is one of the most essential factors for living. Dwelling sites surrounded the water and a variety of activities have been performed continuously in order to utilize and obtain water. It has contributed to the birth of the tangible or intangible culture as well as traditions. Moreover, the water culture was formed by daily life such as memorial services, religions, leisure, medical treatment as well as baths. To sum up, this paper describes water using pattern on the time periodic with that name, water instrument for using, and communication with water.
