Abstract

From the current status quo of China’s electric power construction, an improved coordination of wireless audio and video system is designed according to application of the webcam for high voltage transmission towers constructing and building in the paper. Field experiments proved that the system not only solves the deficiency of the traditional way that is through propaganda for coordination and communication during the construction process, it also could transmit the operation condition of high-voltage tower to the ground command and the remote terminal clearly and accurately. The information could be saved in the local computer or the TF card at the same time. The system can remove the interference of the video images online, enhance immunity to electromagnetic interference, improve work efficiency and reduce the risk of construction. The system is more convenient, simpler and has lower cost.
