Abstract

Wavelet transform based on lifting scheme called lifting wavelet transform. Lifting wavelet transform has some advantages, such as calculation speed, less memory, integer transform and other characteristics. To enhance the security of the watermark, a scrambling algorithm is adopted for the watermark image firstly. Then after a large number of simulation and performance analysis, one novel digital watermarking method based on lifting wavelet transform is proposed. Finally, the reconstructed image where watermark embedded has been testing a variety of attacks, including shear, compression, filtering, rotation, etc. The experimental results show that the imperceptibility and robustness of the method call be guaranteed.
