Abstract
In the field of wireless communication, the repeater is mainly used for extending the communication range between transmitting node and receiving node. In some applications, the data rate of communication is not high, but the requirement of power consumption and node size is relatively strict. Based on this situation, we design a radio frequency repeater and present the hardware and software solutions. It is reliable, suitable for the situation with low data transmission rate. It’s the advantages of the repeater are small in size and low power consumption. The results of experiment show that the repeater can forward signal without interferes, and meet the need of a wide range of data communication.
