Zusammenfassung
Gerechtigkeitsfragen nehmen in der Forschungsethik, wie auch in der Bioethik allgemein, einen zentralen Raum ein. Neben dem Respekt vor Autonomie bzw. der Person des einzelnen Forschungsteilnehmers und dem Prinzip des Wohltuns ist Gerechtigkeit einer der grundlegenden ethischen Grundsätze für die Forschung am Menschen. Dabei geht es im Kern um die Frage, wer von Forschungsergebnissen profitiert und wer die Risiken und Belastungen trägt, die mit der Gewinnung wissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse einhergehen.
