Zusammenfassung

Die regionale Chemotherapie ist facettenreich und setzt voraus, dass indikationsbezogen jeweils die adäquate Applikationstechnik zur Anwendung kommt. Potentiell gute Ergebnisse werden beeinträchtigt, wenn in voroperierten narbigen Gebieten mit unterbrochener oder extrem reduzierter arterieller Blutversorgung oder vorbestrahlungsbedingter Bindegewebsfibrose [4] arteriell infundiert wird oder wenn der Tumor seine arteriellen Versorgungsgrenzen überschritten hat und in benachbarte Gebiete infiltriert ist.
