Abstract

Knowledge has become an important business asset with the development of the knowledge-based economy and the need of the flexibly respond to the changing market needs. Take Electric Power Test Research Institute of Zhejiang Province for example. Their knowledge can’t be easily managed because of the complexity and the large quantity. It is difficult for the engineers to find the knowledge needed. Therefore, the establishment of a knowledge management system has become a necessity. In this paper, the Knowledge Management System of Zhejiang Electric Power Test Research Institute of Collaborative is introduced, especially the Knowledge Management System Design and Implementation.
