Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel werden die in der Stufendiagnostik ersten und wichtigsten Laborparameter vorgestellt und ggf. Hinweise auf weiterführende Tests gegeben. Besteht nach der ersten Abklrung weiterhin ein dringender Verdacht auf einen Immundefekt, sollte zur weiteren Diagnostik und Betreuung stets ein pdiatrisch-immunologisches Zentrum hinzugezogen werden.
