Zusammenfassung

Der Zentralisierung geht die im vorherigen Kapitel beschriebene Standardisierungsphase voraus, in der auf einer Einzelprojektebene viele Projektmanagementpraktiken vereinheitlicht und harmonisiert wurden. Mit der Standardisierung werden bereits viele Probleme gelöst, aber noch immer ergibt sich für Projektorganisationen eine Reihe von Herausforderungen. Zu diesen gehören:
