Abstract
We make economic evaluation for ETC energy saving and emission reduction, Firstly, we analysis the mechanism of ETC energy saving and emission reduction. Secondly, we built an index system to evaluate the effect of ETC energy saving and emission reduction. Finally, we verify the feasibility of the evaluation indexes and evaluation methods proposed in this paper through studying atoll station which using ETC.
