Abstract
We present a first set of automatic information which is generated in the Web 2.0 with regard to people, whether it is individually or in groups, totally distort reality through the data that are associated to it. Besides, we analyze for the first time cyberbullyism in some European and American regions which violates the safety controls in the servers and the execution void in the application of the national and international laws in the custody of the rights of the internet users. Finally is presented an experimental heuristic technique for the first evaluation of the profile of the cyberbully, with the purpose of quantifying the human and economic damage in the credibility of on-line information.
