Abstract
You have now come to the end of this masterpiece. Although this is metaphorically the ‘dessert’ (concluding chapter), it does not mean you should pause exploring the ever-fascinating side of data protection. This is just a humble beginning for Malaysia, ASEAN and other Asian countries. Data protection is quite a complex subject matter, and a fairly new subject matter to many of these countries. Indeed, it will take some time to be comprehended and applied by the stakeholders.
