Abstract

In order to improve the traditional cultural industry and develop the emerging digital culture industry value chain, from the point of the value chain, firstly the digital culture industry on the value chain structure of horizontal and vertical linear and the existing problems were analyzed in this paper; then the output capacity, operational capacity, relationship of competition and cooperation of companies in the digital culture industry were discussed in this paper, from the angle of quantitative, the value chain efficiency was comprehensively evaluated by the use of cluster analysis. Finally, the influencing factors of achieving the digital cultural industry were put forward by analyzing the case of the Qujiang Culture Industry Investment Group.
