Zusammenfassung
Leistungsspektra von rauen Oberflächen sind notwendige “Eingangsgrößen” zur Berechnung von Kontakt- oder Reibeigenschaften. Das Leistungsspektrum einer zufällig rauen Oberfläche kann durch Fourier-Transformation einer gemessenen zweidimensionalen Oberflächentopographie ermittelt werden. Die experimentelle Bestimmung der gesamten Oberflächentopographie, z. B. mit Hilfe eines Atomkraftmikroskops, kann jedoch viel Zeit in Anspruch nehmen.
