Individualisierte Chirurgie der benignen Gallenblasen- und Gallenwegserkrankungen

Zusammenfassung

Die Indikation zur operativen Behandlung eines Gallensteinleidens besteht bei folgenden Patientengruppen: 1. Patienten mit symptomatischer Cholezystolithiasis; 2. Patienten mit akuter Cholezystitis; 3. Patienten mit chronischer Cholezystitis, Schrumpf- und Porzellangallenblase; 4. Patienten mit endoskopisch nicht sanierbarer Choledocholithiasis (schwierige Papillenanatomie, Z.n. Billroth-II-Resektion, „fixierte“ Choledochussteine usw.); 5. Patienten mit biliodigestiven oder cholezystohepatischen Fisteln (Mirizzi II). Zum chirurgisch ungünstigen Hintergrund gehören Leberzirrhose, starkes Übergewicht, ausgedehnte abdominale Voroperationen, erworbene oder angeborene Körperdeformationen und eine Schwangerschaft im letzten Trimenon.
