Abstract

According to the different characteristics of the emergency logistics compared to the general logistics system, this paper has established a mathematical model of multi-objective emergency logistics vehicle routing problem on some conditions. The conditions consider the situation that roads are congested because of roads damaging and the urgency of time in Emergency Logistics System. And in the end of the paper, we use Genetic Algorithms to solve the problem. This model has its practical significance.
