Research on the Interactive Display System Based on Multi-touch Technology

Abstract

Multi-touch is familiar with more and more people, and be used as a way of human-computer interaction. An interactive system which is based on Frustrated Total Internal Reflection (FTIR) multi-touch technology is designed in this paper to meet people’s demand in shows and exhibitions. It is characterized by low cost, high degree of accuracy, and it can show the pictures, videos and have the function of handwriting board. It is applied in different kinds of exhibitions and work situations such as being used as a way to operate design software.
