Virtual and Networked Organizations, Emergent Technologies and Tools (ViNOrg 2011)

Abstract

Virtual enterprise integration (VEI) is virtually the most critical success factor for making virtual enterprise (VE) a real, competitive, and widely implemented organizational and management concept. One of the possible approaches in virtual enterprise integration is employment of web services. In this paper we will present an approach for developing an SOA for VEI. The general assumption of the suggested approach is that service oriented architecture is based on business services and they mostly correspond to exchanged documentation in a real business system. CASE tool for web service specification is also presented.
