This article does the brief introduction about the modern new computer technology, especially the network new technique and virtual reality technique, integral imaging technique, panoramic video technology and other computer multimedia technologies. Moreover, this article evaluates the traditional education technology, points out the present tension development trend that the traditional education technique cannot adapt to the social requirement. This article also looks into the innovation education technology that based on the new computer technology in colleges and universities.
