Abstract
During the software process, the primary work is selecting the software exploration model and software process that suitable for the practical condition. This article describes and summarizes the exploration model of new-type software. Moreover, it discusses the relations, characteristics, and application field among each model. Adapt the model that based on spiral software of spiral model and research the teacher management system for the colleges and universities.
