Abstract
Aiming at the nonlinear and the characteristics of the temperature for beer fermentation process. A kind of human-simulated intelligent control is putted forward. This theory is applied in the about 60 beer fermentation tank control, the actual results found human-simulated intelligent control can be a good way to solve the temperature control, meet the technological requirements, produce high-quality products.
