Abstract

The aim of this paper is to solve the problem how the electric power construction group company determines the completed amount of each branch every year. It introduced the GM (1, 1) model and gray prediction accuracy requirement, and made some improvement on the model. Then it used the model to predict a subsidiary’s annual completed index and the result showed the improved model has higher prediction precision. Finally, used this model to predict the nearly two years of the subsidiary’s annual completed indexes.
