Abstract
In building energy consumption monitoring system, data acquisition unit is an important device. Building energy consumption acquisition unit mainly achieves to collect data of various meters within its monitoring area. This paper introduces a design of building energy consumption acquisition unit based on ARM11 processor and Windows CE. The design achieves data transmission between unit and data center over GPRS or Internet. This design also includes a Wi-Fi module, a large memory SD card and a USB interface.
