Zusammenfassung
Unabhängig von der Ursache handelt es sich bei der Perforation um einen ernsten Notfall mit der dringlichen Indikation zur operativen Versorgung. Als Folge der Perforation droht vor allem die Entwicklung einer Peritonitis. Im Folgenden sollen die Möglichkeiten der laparoskopischen Therapie in Abhängigkeit von der Ursache beschrieben werden.
