Abstract
Further on, it is proved that the problem of stability, and therefore the problem of topological classification as well, is not a trivial problem in the sense of [1]: i.e., it does not permit an algebraic solution, even if cases of codimensionality infinity (and even codimensionality 103) are neglected.
