Abstract

The rapid changing competitive environment of modern enterprise sets a higher request to enterprise’s performance management. The studies of integrating the Balanced Scorecard and system dynamics to carry though performance management get more and more attention. Dynamic Balanced Scorecard compensates for the weaknesses of the Balanced Scorecard’s simplified causal relationship and dynamics. It is helpful to the implement of the organization’s strategic performance management. On the basis of the retrospect of the studies on the Dynamic Balanced Scorecard, proposes a set of Specific implementation procedures of it; gives the expectation of the development trend and some suggestions on the subsequent research. It is of great practical significance to promote the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard and improve the organization’s performance management level.
