Abstract
Outsourcing of software development and maintenance is among the most effective ways to cut costs, to get state-of-the-art R&D and engineering solutions without the extra expenses on in-house team developing. Customer and outsourcing service provider have to establish and ensure sufficient and transparent quality assurance framework. This work presents a method to define outsourcing partner’s process capability profiles. These profiles constitute quality goals and correspond to business model and projects’ specifics.
