Abstract

PLD, Programmable Logic Device, is a common hardware of IT applications now. A popular PLD is FPGA, Field Programmable Gate Array. Its design is based on VHDL, a hardware description language. Since the development of PLD is concerned to hardware and software, its study is helpful for most IT specialists. In this paper, a research of PLD training for IT applications is discussed.
