Abstract

A project, in its essence, is every process through which a goal or group of goals is reached [1]. An investment project is a complex technical–technological, organizational, financial and legal undertaking with the goal of constructing and outfitting a structure or structures which have been shown and proven, through previously performed investment studies, to be necessary for the investor or as such provide the investor with a profit.
