Zusammenfassung

Beim chronischen Unterbauchschmerz ergibt sich die grundsätzliche Schwierigkeit, dem Schmerzsymptom eine eindeutige Diagnose zuzuordnen. Sowohl körperliche als auch psychosoziale Faktoren sind in einer Zusammenschau zu sehen und im Einzelfall zu gewichten.
