Zusammenfassung

Die embryonale Einnistung in das Endometrium zum Zeitpunkt des eng definierbaren mittlutealen Implantationsfensters stellt einen dynamischen Prozess dar, der einen adäquaten Reifungszustand der Gebärmutterschleimhaut bedingt. Etwaige Störungen der endometrialen Differenzierung werden dabei als Infertilitätsursache angesehen (Strowitzki et al. 2006).
