Zusammenfassung

Die sonographische Beurteilung der weiblichen Genitalorgane ist eine der Basisuntersuchungen im Rahmen der Infertilitätsdiagnostik. Neben der Feststellung des individuellen Hormonstatus sind eine detaillierte B-Bilddiagnostik (evtl. Uterusanomalien, Adnextumoren, Messung der Endometriumstärke und -textur, Follikulometrie etc.) und Dopplersonographie der uterinen und ovariellen Perfusion obligat, noch vor der Veranlassung weiterführender interventioneller (Hysterosalpingographie) und invasiver Diagnostik (diagnostische Laparoskopie mit Chromopertubation).
