Zusammenfassung

Die pulsatile GnRH-Therapie wird seit mehr als 30 Jahren zur Behandlung der hypothalamischen Amenorrhö eingesetzt; die wissenschaftliche Entwicklung, die zur Einführung der pulsatilen GnRH-Therapie geführt hat, ist kürzlich zusammenfassend dargestellt worden (Wildt u. Leyendecker 2011; Strowitzki 2011).
