Zusammenfassung

Das Wirkprinzip der ovariellen Stimulation beruht auf einer indirekten oder direkten Erhöhung des Serum-FSHSpiegels. Das therapeutische Ziel der ovariellen Stimulation ist entweder die Unterstützung bzw. Herbeiführung eines Eisprungs bei Störung der Follikelreifung oder die Polyovulation zur Gewinnung von mehreren Eizellen für eine extrakorporale Verwendung.
