Abstract

Patent evaluation and analysis is the basis of patent information using in automotive parts manufacturing enterprises. Based on the analytic hierarchy process, the patent evaluation index system of automotive parts manufacturing enterprises is constructed in this paper according to several aspects, including research and development situation, technology situation, market situation and legal situation. The index weight is determined and the consistency is tested. Taking X company for example, the evaluation index ranges are divided and the measured value is obtained. Using fuzzy matter-element method, the patent rating is calculated and the enterprise patent situation is evaluated.
