Zusammenfassung

Prinzipiell sind 3 verschiedene Lagerungen möglich: Rückenlagerung, Bauchlagerung und Seitenlagerung. In allen Positionen kann sowohl ein offenes als auch ein arthroskopisches Verfahren angewendet werden. Für gewöhnlich erfolgt die Anlage einer Blutsperre am proximalen Oberarm mit 280 mmHg.
