Zusammenfassung

Die Lagerung des Patienten kann auf einem Standardoperationstisch erfolgen. Ist eine Arthroskopie des anterioren Kompartiments geplant, so ist eine Rückenlagerung adäquat. Um eine spontane Außenrotation des Fußes zu verhindern, kann die ipsilaterale Gesäßhälfte unterpolstert werden. Die Ferse sollte das Tischende überragen, sodass das Sprunggelenk intraoperativ frei bewegt werden kann.

Soll zusätzlich zum anterioren auch das posteriore Kompartiment arthroskopiert werden, kann ein für die arthroskopische Chirurgie des Kniegelenks üblicher Beinhalter verwendet werden. Bei isolierter Arthroskopie des posterioren Kompartiments wird der Patient in Bauchlagerung positioniert. Der Fuß sollte auch hier über die Tischkante hinaus gelagert werden, um das Sprunggelenk intraoperativ frei bewegen zu können. Bei allen Eingriffen kann fakultativ eine Blutsperre bzw. Blutleere angelegt werden.
