Zusammenfassung

Symptomatische chronische patellofemorale Instabilität ohne oder mit lediglich milder ossärer Deformität (Trochleadysplasie Typ A und B nach Dejour, geringgradige Valgus- und Innenrotationsfehlstellung). Erstmalige Patellaluxation bei Vorliegen von Risikofaktoren für eine Rezidivluxation (Alter bei Erstluxation &14 Jahre, positive Familienanamnese, Sub-/Luxationen der Gegenseite, Hyperlaxizität, begleitende ossäre Deformitäten).

Bei höhergradigen ossären Deformitäten erfolgt die Rekonstruktion des medialen patellofemoralen Ligaments (MPFL) in Kombination mit ossären Korrektureingriffen (varisierende/derotierende Femurosteotomie, Tuberositasversatz, Trochleaplastik).
