Zusammenfassung

Akute (≤ 6 Wochen) und symptomatische chronische komplette Ruptur oder knöcherne Avulsion (Adoleszenz) einer oder mehrerer Sehnen der ischiocruralen Muskulatur (Caput longum des M. biceps femoris, Mm. semimembranosus, semitendinosus; „Hamstrings“) mit verminderter Kraftentwicklung der Kniegelenksflexion/-innenrotation bzw. gesteigertem funktionellem Anspruch.

Relative Indikationen: partielle Ruptur; komplette Ruptur bei vermindertem funktionellem Anspruch bei älteren Patienten; deutlich retrahierte chronische Ruptur (≥ 6 Wochen) mit mäßiggradiger fettiger Infiltration oder Atrophie.

Kontraindikation: nicht reponierbare chronische Ruptur mit ausgeprägter fettiger Infiltration oder Atrophie der Muskulatur.
