Zusammenfassung
Als Ergebnis langjähriger Motivationsforschung ist an der University of California at Berkeley ein innovatives, praxistaugliches Motivationsmodell entwickelt worden: das 3-Komponenten-Modell der Motivation (kurz: 3K-Modell). Das 3K-Modell ist Dreh- und Angelpunkt der FdM-Trainingsreihe. FdM steht für „Führung durch Motivation“. Das vorliegende Kapitel beschreibt, wie die FdM-Trainingsreihe als maßgeschneidertes Programm, das, auf 5 Trainingsstufen verteilt, insgesamt 14 Seminartage umfasst, flächendeckend in der Vertriebsorganisation eines deutschen Versicherungskonzerns eingeführt wurde. Die Autoren gehen dabei auch auf Schwierigkeiten und Rückschläge ein und geben konkrete Hinweise für die Praxis.
